Mark is the original POWER behind Full Power Utilities. He developed his incisive business sense in over twenty years in sales and marketing in various FMCG products including the import and wholesale of jewellery and high value watches, as well as in the precious metals sector. In 1997, soon after the deregulation of the energy industry, Mark saw an opportunity to bring his experience to a brand new market. Maintaining his belief in doing the very best for his clients, Mark set up Full Power Utilities and along with his fellow directors and the rapidly growing team, has built Full Power Utilities into the Premier Brokerage it is today, earning the respect of the energy industry and the loyalty of the company's valued clients. Mark continues to follow his passion of networking in business and raising the profile of Full Power Utilities within the industry and beyond.
Before joining Full Power Utilities, Dawn honed her organisational abilities and formidable administration skills in the world of Law. She worked for fifteen years as PA for several highly demanding London Lawyers, progressing to handling her own case-load. Dawn joined Full Power Utilities in 2002 where those same abilities enabled her to keep the company's internal systems - and staff - working at their optimum. Dawn now oversees the administrative activities of the business and has become an integral part of the Full Power Utilities family.
David's thirty year business career of building his own companies in Office Equipment, Corporate Barter and Commercial Finance has been entirely focused on finding and developing innovative routes to market, with staff development in a rewarding environment producing long term customer satisfaction as his priority. Mark and Dawn Lipman, having known and respected David for many years, invited him to join Full Power Utilities as a consultant to the business in late 2009. In mid-2010 he became a full-time, share-holding Director. Since then, David's innovations and experience have further strengthened the company and its market position, helping lay the foundations for its accelerated growth. David is also a lecturer / invited speaker at numerous professional organizations, giving insights on the utility industry.

Office Manager

Lucie graduated in 2000 with BA (Hons) in Media and Communication. Throughout her career she has worked in several industries as a Marketing Manager. In 2007 she joined Fashion Fair Cosmetics and worked her way through the ranks to Operations and Office Manager. Having developed advanced knowledge and skills of working with retailers and consultants at every level she ensured the logistics and office were aligned. Working closely with Senior Management in the US and UK offices her ability to prioritise and multi-task proved vital in building a successful brand. Moving to Full Power in 2017 as Office Manager, Lucie uses her managerial experience to organize all of the administrative activities that facilitate the productive operation of the business. In addition, Lucie is PA to one of the Directors providing full support to guarantee the smooth running of the demanding schedules. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, going to the gym and socialising with friends and family.


Juliette's professional career spans over 15 years as a successful business woman. Starting in the property sector Juliette soon progressed to be a highly valued property negotiator before joining Full Power Utilities. As one of Full Power Utilities' first employees Juliette has helped the company grow and continues to look after a large portfolio of clients, some of them are high profile, household names. Juliette's knowledge of the industry, her business acumen and her exceptional relationship management skills are key factors in where she has got to today. Juliette continues to strive for excellence whilst keeping her client's needs at heart. She always has 'a million and one things to do', yet accomplishes all of them with the upmost professionalism. Juliette is a Senior broker at Full Power Utilities.
Jason graduated in 2007 with a BA (Hons) in management. Following his successful degree he chose to go travelling, backpacking around the world. After returning home, Jason began his career as a recruitment consultant before making the switch to Full Power Utilities. Jason takes great pride in his work and is a thoroughly motivated individual who always puts his client's needs first. Jason currently looks after some very high profile clients who universally speak well of him. Jason's specialism is assisting managing agents in helping their clients pay as little as possible for their utilities. He is diligent and well organised in his approach, reputable and articulate. Jason is a senior broker here at Full Power Utilities and a mentor to other staff.
David grew up in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. He left school in 1998 after A-Levels and went to work for the Financial Ombudsman Service in London for 7 years. He took a radical career shift in 2005 and went to teach English in Asia which he regards as one of the best experiences of his life. He returned to the UK in 2008 and started his sales career in the telecommunications industry working for Carphone Warehouse Business Solutions, where he was responsible for improving service and increasing the customer base in the Herts and Beds area. He joined Full Power Utilities in June 2010. He enjoys the challenge of finding the best possible rates for his clients to ensure their overheads are kept to a minimum.
Having graduated in 2007 from Leeds Metropolitan University with a 2:1 BA Hons in Business Studies, Joey gained some worldly experience, travelling and working around East Asia for 6 months. Joey began his career in retail management, becoming a manager at TGI Fridays and, subsequently, at Nando's. After gaining valuable experience in managing staff members, he decided to focus on a career where he could assist other businesses in growing and developing, whilst also developing his own skill set and business contacts. He says; "Full Power Utilities has given me the opportunity to manage many client's utilities and help businesses to lower their costs".
Lee Graduated in 1999 with BA ( Hons) in Business and Marketing. Having completed his degree he went travelling around Asia and the Americas for some months and upon his return began his working life as a qualified Personal Trainer. In 2005 Lee made a career change into business development with Central Trust PLC, one of the largest Secured Loan brokers in the UK where he was very successful and went on to become a Team Leader. Following this in 2009 Lee spent 2 years with another major broker in Central London, LifeSearch, the largest broker for Protection policies. After a short spell as Director of a small insurance brokerage, Lee joined the Full Power broker team, bringing a wealth of business experience and is particularly looking forward to building successful relationships with his clients.
Simon hails from Southend, Essex originally and now lives in North London with his wife Lucy. Simon ran his own retail businesses in the telecom's sector, but having seen the telecom market move towards the bigger suppliers he decided to change career path, selling his shops on to an investor and joining Full Power Utilities as a commercial energy broker. Following his completion of extensive industry training and with his commercial experience, Simon's portfolio includes all types of businesses along with schools, sports clubs, vets and so on. Simon's aims are to build long term relationships and support clients to help lower their costs.
Elliott graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2014 with an MSci in Business and Economy of Contemporary China. He spent his second year in China which was an eye-opening and valuable experience. He then started his career at Pentland Brands, helping to plan the ranges for two brands. Soon, he realised that his strengths were in speaking to people and building relationships with them. So, joining Full Power Utilities as a commercial energy broker was the perfect opportunity. He will build strong relationships with clients, educate them on the market and negotiate on their behalf to help reduce their energy costs.

Support Broker

Before joining Full Power Utilities, Michele worked as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant to CEO's and Chairmen focusing on the Pharmaceutical and Telecom sectors. Michele prides herself on her organizational abilities and always looking for solutions. Michele joined Full Power Utilities early in 2014 as dedicated P.A, offering a full back-up service to Senior Broker Jason Miller, which in turn, enables him to offer existing and additional value added services to all of the Full Power clients Jason looks after.

Affiliate Channel Regional Manager

On joining Full Power Utilities Kevin has brought with him, over thirty years’ experience in industry, working in commercial sales, then account management and most recently specifically in channel sales development in the telecoms industry.

Affiliates – Current. Kevin is working with our current affiliates to help them develop both their routes to market and closer bonds with Full Power Utilities to our mutual benefit.

Affiliates – New Channels. It is exciting to have Kevin join us to develop new channels through Associations, professional bodies and both vertical and horizontal market structures.

Kevin is reachable through Full Power Utilities Head Office. He is a committed Crystal Palace fan ... ah well!
He loved us so much the first time around, he came back! Marc re-joins the Full Power Utilities team alongside Kevin, as an Affiliate Channel Regional Manager for the Home Counties; having previously worked as a broker with us.

Marc graduated from The University of Sheffield, with a 2:1 BA in Business Management in 2008. Coming from an account management and sales channel background, Marc brings over 6 years' experience in the SME market to the role. He has spent the last 2 years building his own business within the B2B trade exchange industry, which has allowed him to build a large and close knit network of contacts, and developed a broad knowledge of the world of commerce.

Marc will be working with our existing affiliates in the Home Counties region, encouraging more engagement between them and Full Power Utilities, for mutual benefit. Further to this, Marc will be looking to develop new mutually beneficial channels through Associations, professional bodies and other vertical and horizontal market structures.

He is an avid Snowboarder, festival go-er and Arsenal fan!


Adrienne's career in a variety of Admin and Managerial Roles has spanned several industries including Medical, Property Sales & Portfolio Management and the Security Industry. Adrienne has a wealth of administrative experience and client interface which she brings to her role supporting a Senior Broker at Full Power Utilities. In her spare time, you will find her at the gym working out, eating good food, going to the theatre or entertaining family and friends.
Having been in the Telecoms industry for over 11 years, Melissa decided it was time for a new challenge and chose the utilities at Full Power Utilities. During her time within Telecoms, she studied for AAT Levels 2 & 3, working her way from Office Support and Administration to Accounts Assistant, then on to Commercial Finance Administration. Melissa prides herself on her attention to detail and accuracy also enjoying the variations the day to day work brings, which means she is the ideal support to the Senior Brokers. When not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with family & friends and has an interest in Law of Attraction/Positivity. - “Smile more. Smiling can make you and others happy.”
Hau Van Nguyen graduated with an honours degree in biomedical science at the University of Westminster. He worked for over 5 years at boots opticians as a senior optical consultant often coordinating the team. With Hau´s desire to move into the corporate analytical side of business, Hau joined Full Power Utilities Ltd in November 2015, to manage the relationship interface with the suppliers on contract commissions.
Before joining Full Power Utilities, Amanda worked for several years as an Events Organiser for a premier Golf & Country Club in Hertfordshire. Prior to that she has worked for several companies in varying industries, as a PA to senior management, which gives her the experience she needs to fulfil her new position working closely with one of our Senior Brokers, assisting him in all areas of his busy and demanding role, looking after existing and potentially new clients. In her spare time, Amanda likes to do a bit of voluntary work for an animal rescue charity and also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Prior to joining Full Power Utilities Lisa worked for over 20 years supporting Directors and Senior Management across a portfolio of industries of Retail, Manufacturing, Property and the Charity Sector. In managerial and administrative roles, her experience is extensive. Lisa now joins Full Power Utilities offering management services to all 3 Directors, as well as taking the role of Office Manager, supervising office staff and providing full administration services to the Brokers.


Storm-IT are Full Power Utilities Ltd's hardware and technology support. They are an integral part of the Full Power Utilities team with maintenance contracts and remote support keeping us on-line, backed-up and protected.

Glazers Accountants were elected by the Full Power Utilities Board of Directors to provide the structure, support and swift financial reporting that we need as a growing business. They have been known to us personally for some time and whilst it is unusual to feature a company's accountants in the list of 'Our People', they are sufficiently influential in how we are developing that they fully warrant inclusion.

After being introduced by one of our industry associates, Una George was commissioned to design our database with the brief that it must be scalable and interactive. Una now maintains the database integrity, structure and ongoing development and in a day and age where companies are so heavily dependent on its systems, the team that's made up of 'Our People' are proud to include her.

In the mid 1990s the energy industry in the UK was deregulated. Brokers perform the client relationship / sales roles and will enjoy building a portfolio that is built by them and is theirs to develop for themselves and the company. The role is in-house, salaried with commission and clients can be sourced from anywhere in mainland UK and are in any type of business or organisation. Training is continuous and the Introducer programme provides a significant stream of potential clients that benefit the brokers. Progression is available into management for those that choose this path.

Our administrators oil the wheels of our company, ensuring that essential processes run without a hitch and clients are catered for with professionalism. Our administrators are not 'back office' they are highly respected members of staff and charged with essential functions that the company relies upon.
