Edward entered the UK energy sector in 2010 as a Corporate Account Manager. His career began managing a variety of clients in a range of sectors from property management, large high street retailers, hospitality, entertainment venues plus sports clubs and stadiums.
His ability to offer a high level of service to his clients coupled with a passion for the energy industry and his well-rounded knowledge, quickly saw him progress to a managerial position. In this role he was responsible for leading a team of Corporate Account Managers.
He joins Full Power with a decade of experience and the drive to develop the service the Energy Consultants team provide.
In his spare time, Edward enjoys holidaying with his family as well as participating in his favourites sports; cycling, tennis, squash and snooker.
Sam began his career in the energy sector in 2015 working for a renewable energy company where he developed a wealth of knowledge about the industry. After gaining an understanding of how the industry works, he decided to use this knowledge to build a career as a broker. Bringing his experience to Full Power Utilities he is now looking to grow and develop his portfolio further. Sam takes great pride in ensuring not only that his clients receive the best possible rates, but that they also receive the highest level of service. Sam is an easy-going, but hard working guy who likes a cheeky drink in the pub with friends!
As a trained beauty therapist, Joanne spent over ten years in the beauty industry. Recognising that her interests focused more on business, she jumped into a Business Support Management role at BNI. For the next decade, whilst learning the art of networking and building relationships, she discovered a love for organising events and spent many years coordinating large corporate events for the National Office, including regional training, annual Members Day, and the UK & Ireland Conferences. Joanne then took over the UK business development for an international franchise company and supported and coached over 50 franchisees before joining Full Power Utilities. Joanne's experience with varied industries brings creative new ideas to aid her passion for seeing introducers succeed with her help, support and encouragement.
Out of work, she loves spending time with family, socialising with friends and enjoys taking long country walks with her favourite furry friend. She lives by the motto 'Be Kind'.
Before joining Full Power Utilities, Michele worked as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant to CEO's and Chairmen focusing on the Pharmaceutical and Telecom sectors. Michele prides herself on her organizational abilities and always looking for solutions. Michele joined Full Power Utilities in 2014 as a dedicated PA to Commerical Dirctor Jason Miller, offering a supremely organised back-up service, enabling the team by offering addidtional value added services to Jason's portfolio of clients.
Before joining Full Power Utilities Rekha worked for an Energy Supplier for over 3 years. During this time, she gained a lot of knowledge in the utilities industry within her role. Before she joined the Energy industry, she was working for the London Sea Life Aquarium as a photographer for Picsolve. Whist working at Sea Life she also had a part-time job as a Tattoo Artist! Rekha is passionate about art and creativity as well as travelling around the world and visiting different countries. She loves travelling to East Africa because she enjoys going on Safari. She is an animal lover as well as a music lover – Afro Beats being her favourite music genre. In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with family and friends and is always down for a good motive!
Before joining Full Power Utilities Kelly Freebury previously worked within the retail finance business, providing Point-Of-Sale finance to retailers as well as providing training and retailer support. Her career in administration has spanned a variety of industries including importing furniture, retail and audio visual sales distribution working with reputable suppliers such as Sony and JVC. She enjoys spending time with her family which includes her partner and twin girls, watching the latest cinema releases and even appearing on the BBC gameshow Pointless in 2016!
Lucie graduated in 2000 with BA (Hons) in Media and Communication. Throughout her career she has worked in several industries as a Marketing Manager. In 2007 she joined Fashion Fair Cosmetics and worked her way through the ranks to Operations and Office Manager. Having developed advanced knowledge and skills of working with retailers and consultants at every level she ensured the logistics and office were aligned. Working closely with Senior Management in the US and UK offices, her ability to prioritise and multi-task proved vital in building a successful brand. Moving to Full Power in 2017 as Office Manager, Lucie uses her managerial experience to organize all of the administrative activities that facilitate the productive operation of the business. In addition, Lucie is Executive Assistant to the CEO Paul Smith, providing full support and helping to guarantee smooth running. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, going to the gym and socialising with friends and family.
David grew up in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. He left school in 1998 after A-Levels and went to work for the Financial Ombudsman Service in London for 7 years. He took a radical career shift in 2005 and went to teach English in Asia, which he regards as one of the best experiences of his life. He returned to the UK in 2008 and started his sales career in the telecommunications industry working for Carphone Warehouse Business Solutions, where he was responsible for improving service and increasing the customer base in the Herts and Beds area. He joined Full Power Utilities in June 2010. He enjoys the challenge of finding the best possible rates for his clients to ensure their overheads are kept to a minimum.
Jordan is new to the energy industry, but she brings years of experience in the administration sector. She is a keen and hard worker, willing to take on day-to-day challenges to ensure excellent customer service. She strives for the best in every situation and is always willing to help the team. She is known for her bright colours on spreadsheets which are almost as bright as her tattoos! She has a passion for gaming, Formula One and Darts. In her spare time, she spends time with her family and gets cuddles from her dog Shadow.
With over 10 years industry experience with multiple energy consultants, Sean has built his career as an Account Manager moving into a Relationship Manager position. His core experience covers query management to tendering and problem solving. He has previously worked with a range of businesses, including hotel groups, theatre companies, retailers and commercial office. Has helped these groups to identify energy saving opportunities helping one client win a green environment award for energy reduction.
More recently he has been working with businesses in the property management sector, helping deal with the many challenges they now face.
In his spare time he enjoys holidays, spending time with family and watching sports. Sean likes to be active and enjoys walking plus being a keen football player.
Simon originally hails from Southend, Essex and now lives in North London with wife Lucy and their children. Simon ran his own retail businesses in the telecom's sector, but on recognising the telecom market's move towards the bigger suppliers he decided to change career path, selling his shops on to an investor and joining Full Power Utilities as a commercial energy broker. Simon specialises in supporting the property sector with a management service exclusive to the HMO market. Simon's aims are to build long term relationships and support clients to help lower their costs and reduce their administration burden.
Jack joined Full Power in 2021 as a Trainee Energy Consultant. Having finished his education in 2019 his first job was working for the retailer Next. He went on to complete work experience at a recruitment agency where he developed a hunger for sales. He joins us with enthusiasm to train in the utilities industry and to immersive himself in procurement, customer service and energy consultancy. He loves music and football, specifically Arsenal and also enjoys getting know new people.
Before joining Full Power Keilly worked in the Energy Industry for 8 years as an Account Manager, responsible for managing portfolios ranging from single premises to large multi-site clients. She worked her way to Team leader where she loved the fast pace and challenges that she handles on a daily basis. After having my two children in 2020 she decided to take a career break to look after them both full time. Fast forward to 2022 she is back in the industry and joins the Channel Team
She is a busy mum, wife and keen photographer. When she has some free time she likes a hot bath and a cheeky glass of champagne.
Jason graduated in 2007 with a BA (Hons) in management. Following his successful degree he chose to go travelling, backpacking around the world for 6 months. On returning home, Jason began his working life as a recruitment consultant before making the switch to Full Power Utilities as a broker. Jason takes great pride in his work and is a thoroughly motivated individual who always puts his client's needs first. Jason currently looks after some very high profile clients who universally speak well of him. His specialism is assisting managing agents in helping their clients pay as little as possible for their utilities. He is diligent and well organised in his approach, reputable and articulate. Jason is now a Commercial Director at Full Power Utilities and a mentor to other staff.
Dawn came from a legal background, working as a P.A. for several top London lawyers until she joined husband Mark at Full Power Utilities in 2002. Dawn ran the growing back office function for many years and oversaw the admin’ team from 2012 to 2016. Dawn also had responsibility for the implementation of systems and processes. Dawn's claim to fame within the business is that it was she who came up with our company name. Dawn enjoys walking, spinning and travelling and stood back from operational involvement in June 2018, retaining a seat on the board.
Ruta joins Full Power with over 9 years experience as a customer and sales support professional within the Energy/Utilities industry. Her professional background, combined with a strong focus on customer excellence, collaboration, and process orientation, positions her as an asset to Full Power. She has strong attention to detail and robust organisational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy while maintaining that all-important personal touch through regular meetings and ongoing engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
During her time at LSI Energy (Now Inspired Energy) and Utility People, she gained a good understanding of the complexities of the industry SME & Corporate - Gas/Electricity market. Whilst at Energy Portfolio she has gained various skills for pricing and the contract placement process for the company’s whole portfolio as well as being involved in new CRM creation and development.
She lived in UK from 2011 until 2022 and after 11 years she decided to move back to Lithuania. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her son. Her personal life is as busy as her professional life - being a single mum takes up all of her time! They both enjoy a lot of activities including swimming in the lake and watching motocross tournaments.
After Maria left college she started a role at Nat West Bank. This is where she developed a passion for Accounting and has been employed in finance roles for over 22 years. Having worked in several finance jobs, one of her most enjoyable positions was at Tottenham Hotspur football club, alongside the accounts team. She takes pride in her work, is always happy to help others and goes above and beyond for her colleagues. When not working, she attends the gym, socializing with family and friends and loves spending time with her daughter.
In my previous role I worked for an independent medical charity called Paul Strickland Scanner Centre. Their goal was to provide the best possible patient care using high quality MRI, CT & PET scanners. My responsibilities included greeting patients at reception and urgently organising scans for patients when on the bookings team.
Previous to this role, I worked for the supplier Corona for just over 2 and a half years. I joined as a SME Sales administrator and then moved over to the corporate team. Within this department my role evolved to Deputy Team leader for SME. I enjoyed learning about the utility industry and developing my knowledge in different areas of the business. I bring to Full Power my experience of understanding both the suppliers responsibilities and the requirements of clients.
In my spare time, I love to watch and play football. I support Arsenal hard and enjoy playing FIFA and Call of Duty on PS4.
Chris joins the Full Power family after gaining varied and valuable industry experience. During his career he specialised in sales support and objection resolution, tasked with successfully leading a small team to maximise the go-live rate of client agreements. He now brings this success rate to all Full Power’s clients. With a Fashion Degree background, Chris has been known to make his own clothes and enjoys all expressions of creativity. A competitive sportsman, having played football, rugby and cricket regularly for his local sides. His current sporting passion is Enduro Mountain Biking, going as far as building his own bike and breaking his collar bone crashing it.Chris loves to travel having made several trips to Africa and South America but treasures time with his family above all else.
Paul started his career training with a London firm of Chartered Accountants and spent 12 years in various accounting and financial management roles. Eight years of this was with Whitbread where he held a number of line management positions, developing a keen interest in developing high performing teams. Paul moved out of Finance into commercial roles and spent a number of years as a Sales & Marketing Director, growing companies through acquisition, mergers and organic growth. Following an initial sales lead role he became the Managing Director for a software company that developed ERP solutions for mid-sized organisations. Paul has also run his own consulting business where he has helped companies in many different sectors take significant steps forward by growing successful teams, implementing strategies and processes for sustained performance improvement. Paul joined Full Power to build on its successful history and to help drive the company into a new and exciting phase. Outside of work, Paul is a keen road and track cyclist, which is often the main focus for his trips to France, Belgium and Spain.
Khadijah is ACCA part qualified Accountant with a BA hons in accounting and financial management. Joining us from an insurance broker, she brings her accountancy experience to Full Power. As she always like to keep busy and learn new skills the Full Power Bureau Services team is the perfect department to join. Her newest hobby is crocheting and making baby hats and blankets however she also enjoys traveling and trying new food and drinks from all over the world. Coming from a big family with 6 siblings, she enjoys spending time with them all as well as hanging out with friends. If she has any spare time left she enjoys gaming and has been playing games such as COD and GTA from a young age.
Prior to joining Full Power Utilities, Lisa worked for over 20 years as an Executive Assistant /PA to CEO's and Directors accross a portfolio of industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Property and the Charity Sector. In managerial and administrative roles, her experience is extensive. Lisa joined Full Power in 2013 as a dedicted PA, offering support to Energy Consultant Juliette Stone. Priding herself on her attention to detail, Lisa's accuracy and speed allow Juliette to concentrate on developing her portfolio of existing and new clients.
Davan graduated from Herefordshire University with a degree in Multimedia and Computing. He was lured by the big city lights and joined B&C recruitment consultancy in central London. After several years he took a role closer to home with Adecco, where he further honed his analytical skills within their finance department. Moving to a different industry he took on a role at Corona Energy where he gained invaluable utilities industry knowledge across several roles and departments leading to a promotion as Senior Operations Analyst. Joining Full Power Utilities in late 2019, Davan brings with him over 9 years of industry knowledge and over 15 years of experience as an Analyst.
In his spare time, if Davan isn’t playing or watching football you’ll probably find him either in the gym or eating as he is a massive foodie!
Starring in the energy industry in August 2017 in a Bureau Services role, she was handling commercial clients with their electricity, gas and water. Her main responsibilities were assisting in managing billing, estates and debt. She also worked as an implementation project manager in energy billing systems. Her strengths include customer service, problem-solving as well as having a great work ethic. She has a Diploma in Art and creative digital media and her passions in life are art, traveling, cooking, politics and her dog. Most weekends you'll find her at an art museum, a street food market or at the pub watching Arsenal.
Sean joined Full Power as Bureau Consultant with over a decade of experience in the industry. He puts his wealth of knowledge to good work in defining and driving our bureau services offering. As an Energy Bureau Specialist there isn't much in the way of energy bills that Sean hasn't comeup against. With significant expertise in forensic analysis and cost recovery he has secured savings and refunds exceeding six figures for blue chip companies. He has worked as a senior forensic analyst and bureau service consultant for independent energy consultancies and has served his time with the 'Big Six' having worked as a consultant for both EON and Npower early in his career. When not working Sean enjoys cooking and baking for his family and as a keen angler he enjoys taking his son fishing on the local lakes.
Kimberly started her career in energy as an Operations and Account Executive. Over the years she worked in various industries from Aviation to Formula One & Hospital Administration. She couldn't stay away from the Energy Industry for long and joins Full Power as a client services administrator. Kimberly has a passion for travel and really enjoys exploring different countries and cultures. She is a devoted mother who loves spending time with her son and family.
Martin graduated from Hertfordshire University with a 2:1 in Computer Science and Business. His first role after graduation was in the sales department at TalkTalk for one year before joining The Utility Warehouse. He was employed as Senior Partner Advisor supporting their multi-level marketing Partner Network. He was there for seven years with his role developing to handle commission queries and analysing customer quality. He then joined Corona Energy as an SME analyst where he was responsible for forecasting and working on the daily stats in the renewals section of the company.
With over 20 years' sales experience in various business sectors, Mark spent 2 years in the energy industry working for another broker and a supplier. In 1997 he saw an opportunity to get in at the start of the commercial energy de-regulation and launched Full Power Utilities in November that year. Mark spent 5 years as a sole trader, was joined by his wife Dawn in 2002 as a fellow Director and shareholder and 6 years later hired the first two sales brokers in 2008/9. This resulted in the business growing rapidly, moving premises twice due to growth and then hiring Paul Smith, an experienced MD in January 2018. Full Power is still expanding and proud to be recognised not only as a ‘Premier’ broker servicing the procurement needs of a cross section of business types from SME to I & C, but also as a fully fledged energy consultancy.
Mark’s interests outside of work, include tennis (both watching and playing) and extensive travel. Mark stood back from operational involvement in June 2018 and retains a seat on the board.
Having graduated in 2007 from Leeds Metropolitan University with a 2:1 BA Hons in Business Studies, Joey gained some worldly experience, travelling and working around East Asia for 6 months. Joey began his career in retail management, becoming a manager at TGI Fridays and, subsequently, at Nando's. After gaining valuable experience in managing staff members, he decided to focus on a career where he could assist other businesses in growing and developing, whilst also developing his own skill set and business contacts. He says "Full Power Utilities has given me the opportunity to manage many client's utilities and help businesses to lower their costs".
In 2011, having returned to work after raising her daughter, Jo ventured back to full-time employment working in the energy sector. She joined a small energy consultancy and gained experience along with a broad spectrum of knowledge by managing a large portfolio of clients.
After progressing to larger energy consultancies, she worked in different sectors including Managing Agents, retail, manufacturing and hospitality. She prides herself on putting the customer first resulting in excellent customer service with a personalised touch.
As Corporate Account manager at Full Power she joins the corporate team, servicing large accounts that require specialist experience.
When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.
Tyler joins Full Power Utilities as a Energy Consultant. His passion for music saw him graduate with a Diploma in Music Technology and Production. He applies this qualification at weekends where he runs events and produces music. Looking for a career, Tyler brings his experience of building client relationships to Full Power. With strengths in communications and customer service, his transferable skills will be essential when looking after clients' portfolios.
Sophie has led a busy and varied career, training for many years ago at college in catering and hotel management, her industry choice for over 25 years. Her first supervisory position was with the Jarvis group, where she worked her way up to Conference and Events Manager. After leaving the hotel industry she travelled around the world and lived in a few different countries. She returned to the UK in 2012 and started working at Utility Warehouse. During her 4 years of employment at UW she moved from the prepayment team to the pay team, dealing with meter debt. She then took a role at Car Cash Point as a dedicated Account Manager, specialising in debt recovery and managing a portfolio worth around £1 million. She decided it was time for another change and became the planned works coordinator for Scotland the North and Midlands for la Cimbali, part of a busy service desk and first point of call for engineers and clients. She joins the Full Power team and is excited to return to the energy industry.
In her spare time she enjoy festivals and concerts, hosting parties, travelling and snowboarding.
Shalina started her career in energy by working for an energy broker. After several years she progressed to join Corona Energy as a Key Account Manager and then moved into the Customer Care team. She joins Full Power bringing a combined 10 years’ experience of broker and supplier knowledge that is invaluable to the Client Services team. She takes pride in her work and enjoys problem solving, especially resolving customer queries.
She has 4 cats who take up the majority of her free time, when not with the cats she enjoys spending time with her family in the south of the UK. She also likes meeting up with friends, travelling, watching Korean series on Netflix and trying not to kill her nearly 30 plus (and counting) houseplants.
Sagar’s career has predominantly been in sales within the property and telecom sector. He spent 3 years as a Senior Sales Consultant at Countrywide Group. After being in the property industry for a few years, he decided to use his knowledge in sales and built his career in the telecom industry. As a Sales and Marketing Manager he was responsible for sales, account management and managing an admin team. Sagar joins Energy Consultant David Maurer in providing Client Services support and using his sales experience to help grow his portfolio. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, friends and watching football. Come on Chelsea!
Audrey Sanchez joins Full Power after leaving her role as an Account Manager for the French arm of a leading metal stockist. She studied business communication and marketing and also has a qualification in the hospitality sector. She brings her experience plus organisation and multi-tasking skills to Full Power and believes “If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough”. In her spare time she likes being with her family, listening to music, food tasting and travelling.
Prior to joining Full Power Utilities, Amanda worked for several years as Events Organiser for a premier Golf & Country Club in Hertfordshire. She has worked in varying industries, mostly as a PA to senior management, which gives her the experience she needs to fulfil her new position working closely with one of our Regional Managers, assisting them in all areas of their busy and demanding roles. In her spare time, Amanda likes to do a bit of voluntary work for an animal rescue charity and also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Having worked in the the Telecoms industry for over 11 years, Melissa decided it was time for a new challenge and chose the utilities industry and Full Power Utilities. During her time within Telecoms, she studied for AAT Levels 2 & 3, working her way up from Office Support and Administration to Accounts Assistant and then on to Commercial Finance Administration. Melissa prides herself on her attention to detail and accuracy also enjoying the variation the day to day work brings, which means she is the ideal Team Leader to the Client Servies team.
In her spare time Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has an interest in the Law of Attraction/Positivity 'Smile more, Smiling can make you and others happy'.
After leaving college in 2016, Jessie studied for another 3 years at a drama school in London’s West End where she went on to direct a play at the Globe Theatre. While studying she worked within various administrative roles and accrued over 6 years’ experience. During this time she progressed in the admin sector by taking on more responsibility and roles. When she graduated from drama school she started temping which lead her to Full Power, now joining the Client Services team permanently. Jessie loves travelling, dining out and house music, she also enjoys spending all her spare time with friends.
Marc leads the operations and channel sales teams. With this, he is responsible for growing and developing the Introducer Agent (IA) and Partnership Programmes, as well as managing supplier relations and improving the company's processes. He is constantly looking to improve Full Power’s service, by embracing technology and delivering a better user experience.
Marc graduated from The University of Sheffield with a 2:1 BA in Business Management in 2008. Coming from an account management and sales channel background, Marc brings over 10 years’ experience in the SME market to his role, of which 2 years he spent building his own business within the B2B trade exchange industry. With a broad knowledge of commerce, Marc considers himself a ‘jack of all trades’ and loves taking on new challenges.
He is an avid Snowboarder, festival go-er and Arsenal fan!
Prior to joining the Full Power Utilities Team she was employed at Energy Supplier Corona Energy for 6 years. During this time she gained a wealth of knowledge in the utilities industry within credit management, sales and also headed up the disconnections team within their SME Portfolio. Joining Full Power as Client Query Specialist allows her to utilise the knowledge she gained and enable her to help the team clear up all of the complex queries.
Her current obsession is her mini sausage dog Malcom! They make a great pair as she is also mini at only 5ft, but little legs will travel and they love nothing better than long walks in the country.
As a talented professional guitarist, the majority of Jeff's career has seen him involved within the music industry, touring with numerous household names, song writing and producing. This developed into Jeff consulting for new artists, coaching them within the industry to help them navigate the pitfalls. He developed an interest in business and then events management, which led Jeff to become an events consultant. A slight industry change saw him working for a digital solutions company where he worked his way up to became a successful regional sales manager nad as he enjoys networking and being with people, he is always learning and expanding his knowledge into different sectors.
Outside of work, he enjoys sport and regularly performs at gigs and shows, which are still a big part of his life. His two young daughters also keep him in check!
Prior to joining Full Power Utilities, Rubel spent 12 years with Utility Warehouse, where he rose through the ranks of the Prepayment Team. Initially starting as an Energy Internal administrator for a year, he then covered for a colleague for a 3 month period as Prepayment administrator and after excelling in the role, was promoted to this position full time. He then spent the next 11 years as a Senior Administrator before becoming the Prepayment Team Leader.
Rubel brings with him a wealth of experience from the energy residential sector and is looking forward to expanding that knowledge into the commercial world.
In his spare time, Rubel is a big Liverpool FC supporter and also enjoys playing Eton Fives, in which he is a two time EFA Trophy and a two time Aldenham Heath Club champion.
Lee Graduated in 1999 with BA ( Hons) in Business and Marketing. Having completed his degree he went travelling around Asia and the Americas for some months and upon his return began his working life as a qualified Personal Trainer. In 2005 Lee made a career change into business development with Central Trust PLC, one of the largest Secured Loan brokers in the UK where he was very successful and went on to become a Team Leader. Following this in 2009 Lee spent 2 years with another major central London broker, LifeSearch, the largest broker for Protection policies. After a short spell as Director of a small insurance brokerage, Lee joined the Full Power broker team, bringing a wealth of business experience and is building successful relationships with his clients.
Kim started her career working for a family-run Travel Insurance company as a Data Input Clerk, progressing to the Finance Team. She then moved to Rentokil and joined as Credit Controller where she stayed for 7 years. Before joining the Full Power Utilities Team, she was employed at energy supplier Corona Energy for 18 years. During this time, she gained a wealth of knowledge in the utilities industry in both Gas and Electricity and has a vast knowledge of how the industry works. Dealing with Corporate and SME Portfolios, she handled over 1000 accounts. Joining Full Power as Credit Controller and Client Query Specialist allows her to bring skills and expertise to help the business grow and assist the team with queries.
When not working, she attends the gym, socializes with family and friends and enjoys spending time with my daughter, who is my pride and joy. She loves traveling, embracing different cultures, and learning about other people's way of life with her husband who is her soul mate.
Rumena graduated from King’s College London with a degree in Mathematics. Before joining the energy industry, she worked as a Math Tutor and then as an Admin and Accounts Assistant. Rumena has been in the energy industry for over 3 years with a background of tenant billing for residents living in communal heating developments. This is where she brings her expertise to the Bureau Services department. In her spare time, Rumena likes to spend time with her family and friends, eating out and going exploring, finding hidden treasures in the UK.
Clare has enjoyed applying her operational & managerial talents to diverse sectors of industry over the last 25 years, including manufacturing, retail, service & more recently, recruitment for all of the above. Clare is passionate about delivering exceptional service to her customers and her can-do approach delights clients, suppliers & colleagues alike.
